OUR STORY

Over 40 years ago a passion for growing what I ate began on a small plot of ground.  With a little encouragement and advice from a nearby farmer, I got to work.  Armed with a shovel, a rake, and a hoe, I dug my first garden and began planting.  I tried growing everything and most things failed miserably.  The success I had with tomatoes, potatoes, and lettuce fueled the passion and the research, experimenting, and learning began!

Everything that we do is always evolving, and we are always learning, but one thing has never changed - we want to have top quality produce and keep our methods of growing as natural and beyond organic as we possibly can.  Every effort is made to use only organic, non-GMO seeds.  We try to be aware of the balance of micronutrients and microorganisms in the soil and do a minimal amount of tilling.
