Due to the number of participants we are anticipating this year, we will have to have some pick-ups on all 3 days. Whichever pick-up day your box starts the season on, it will remain the same through the entire season. ALL PICKUPS will be at Elliott Brothers Farm (3557 Cedar Grove Road, Shepherdsville, KY 40165). Pickup Date Option #1: * Tuesday's from 1-5pm Thursday's from 1-5pm Saturday's from 9am-12pm Pickup Date Option #2: * Tuesday's from 1-5pm Thursday's from 1-5pm Saturday's from 9am-12pm PAYMENT AGREEMENT & TERMS • To lock in your spot, an initial payment of 50% of the total for the package selected will be due by March 15th, 2025 (e.g. Regular Share total cost is $360 for CC/$342 for Cash. The deposit required would be $180 for CC/$171 for Cash) • Final payment will be due on or before your first pick-up date. • Of course, full payment up front is accepted and greatly appreciated! • Payment can be made with credit or debit on our website at www.elliottbrothersfarm.com after you have received a confirmation email to lock in your spot. • You can also make a payment with cash or card in person at the farm, call or text Jim Elliott at (502) 550-7883 or email us at elliottbrothersfarm@gmail.com to arrange a day and time to stop by. • Failure to pick-up a box without prior notice (at least 5 days in advance) will be non-refundable and the box will be donated to a local charity. ELLIOTT BROTHERS FARM PLEDGE: As your farmers, we agree to provide fresh, beyond organically-grown produce throughout your agreed upon season. We believe in regular and open communication with our members and are committed to sending regular information via email and being available for all of our members' questions and inquiries. Here at Elliott Brothers Farm, we grow most of the produce that we sell but to offer our customers a little more variety, we are forming agreements with other farms here in Kentucky. We will always be transparent about which items we are obtaining from these farms, specifically ,as we move forward. CSA PARTICIPANT PLEDGE: Our members agree to pay the share price in full by the stated date. Participants also agree to share in the successes and accept the possible losses of certain crops during the CSA growing season due to unforeseen weather conditions. As the season progresses and we have a full menu of items available, there will be weeks that we will offer to make an equal exchange for other items that we have available at our farm market at the time of pick-up.
